It's hard to say why the structure is empty without understanding your setup and what you did exactly. There can be many reasons for a structure showing no issues - the query you set returns no issues in Jira, or you/the structure owner don't have access to issues from the query, or it can be something else.
Please submit a request at our support portal, and we'll look into this in more details.
