Mail notifications are not being sent anymore

Hello,

Whenever any updates were made to the calendar in Confluence, the user would receive an e-mail in the past.

These mail notifications are not being sent anymore and the user cannot follow them.

Note: The user watches the Confluence space already.

May I know why the user is not getting notified whenever an update made to the calendar in confluence?
