My outlook Jira plugin fojira.pngr creating an email into a Jira ticket has stopped working

Hi @Esteban Rivera -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

In another question for this symptom, an Atlassian team member stated there is an outage related to this addon...however there appears no way to track progress.
