I used to manage issues with Jira for Google sheets.

But today it suddenly became unusable.

I use import type = filter.

My filter is like below.

project = XXX AND summary ~ XXX AND (reporter = XXX or reporter =XXX) AND type = Bug ORDER BY created DESC

Though it says "No issues found", for surely we have issues which match with the filter (we can see issues on project page.)

Does anyone know how can I prevent this situation?2024-12-19 10.00の画像.jpeg

Hi Momo - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Did you execute the filter in the Advanced Search function of Jira to be sure it returns what you think it should return? I would say to build it and test it there before importing into the app.

Thank you for reply @John Funk!

If I click "Open in Jira", issues are found correctly.

Also it have worked by yesterday and I've never changed the setting...

So it seems only this add on doesn't work well...
