Issue Installing Refined Sites Themes (Free Trial)

Hello,

I’m trying to start the free trial of the Refined Sites Themes for JSM app from the Atlassian Marketplace, but I’m running into an issue during installation.

I receive the following error message:
“Hash 1FAEBEK Trace 38030ef17abd4989ba1261e999271510.”

What’s confusing is that just before this error appeared, I was prompted to request access from an admin. However, the notification email was sent to me, even though I am already logged in as the admin.

This suggests there may be some kind of permission or account recognition issue within the system.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this so I can proceed with installing and testing the app?

Are you a Jira admin or an Org admin? Only the Org admin can install apps.
