Issue Collector and Attachments

So when building out an issue collector Attachments is one of the options you can choose. However it doesn't seem to ever save the attachments. Am I doing something wrong? Or does attachments not work?

If not, could you please share what you have tried for the issue collector Attachments? Is it Post-Function or Listeners?
