Is it possible to get notified when a certain permission schema or a group membership changes?

Hello,

We have a highly sensitive project and only certain people (top management) should see the information there.

Is it possible to create something with Scriptrunner such that when the permission scheme applied to that project is changed in any way, somebody is notified?

Also, when the group (MGMT_Members) is edited in any way, somebody is also notified?
