Is it possible to enable 'Executed By' or 'TestRunAssignee' column in the filter

Hi team,

Is it possible to extract a report based on the 'Executed by' from each Test Execution?

Scenario: In Jira Xray, each "Test Execution" includes approximately 100+ scripts executed by various testers (Test Run Assignee). We need to extract a report indicating how much each tester has completed and what remains pending. Each tester may be testing across different Executions. There are over 20 such executions ongoing.
