Is it Possible to Create a Custom Login Page for JSM Portal When Using Refined?

We are using Refined for Jira to build a customized customer portal for Jira Service Management. The client now wants a fully customized login page before users access the portal.
Is there any plugin or supported method to create a custom login page for the JSM portal when using Refined? If not, is there any alternative approach or workaround to achieve this requirement?

Not as a fully custom login page in JSM Cloud.

The actual customer authentication flow is still handled by Atlassian or the connected identity provider. So even if you use Refined, you can improve the portal experience and branding, but not replace the underlying login flow with a completely custom one.

It is not possible to create or replace the login page with a fully customized one, even when using Refined. The login and authentication process is managed by Atlassian, so third-party apps or plugins cannot modify or replace the Atlassian login screen. Refined only allows customization of the portal interface after users log in, not the login page itself.
