So, I used to have access to these. But after I changed my gmail (same account different gmail) I no longer have access.

If you simply changed your email associated with your Atlassian account, it will not change permissions to products or spaces that you already had access to.
Did you create a new user with the new email address? Or simply updated the email address on your existing Atlassian account?
Also, this looks like you are using a third party app for Dashboard gadgets. Check on the status of the app and if it was removed/uninstalled or maybe not paid for.
