I cannot see the "Ask a question" option on Confluence

I want to add the option for users to ask questions on a page.

I go to macros / other macros / (don't have a question list option)

I also try to go to Create a Template (but also do not see ask a question as an option)

If you have purchased questions for confluence and installed it you should see Questions in the navigation.  When you click that link it will take you to the questions for confluence area and you can submit a question there.
