How to show and hide custom fields based on other custom field selection??

Hello All,

How to show and hide custom fields based on other custom field value selection?

Currently, i am using below script for show and hide custom field based on other field(single select list) value selection in behaviors. In the below script if option No is selected from the custom field Reason why custom field will display below that.

def otherFaveField = getFieldByName("Reason why") //Give a text field custom field name that you have created
def faveFruitField = getFieldById(getFieldChanged())

def selectedOption = faveFruitField.getValue() as String
def isOtherSelected = selectedOption == "NO" //instead of Other You can give another option that you want

otherFaveField.setHidden(! isOtherSelected)
otherFaveField.setRequired(isOtherSelected)

Same way i want to show and hide two custom fields based on the single select list custom field value selection.

For Example:

If an value 1 is selected from the custom field(single select list) below that two custom field called Test URL and ERL URL should display. If value 2 is selected both custom fields should hide.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
