How to remove "None" in rich filter flexi charts

How to remove "None" in rich filter flexi charts , I do not see the option enabled to not display None. Any help here is much appreciated

Are you using the following app: Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards?

If so, I'd suggest trying to reach out to the vendor directly via one of their support channels.
Each app usually has 'Support' tab under its listing so you can find information on how to reach the partner support team.
Vendors are usually quite helpful, but there just aren't many of them here on the forum.

What exactly do you mean to remove "None"? Is it that you would like to remove option "None" from drop down menu of a custom field?
