How to migrate "Structure by Tempo" (outdated) from a data center

Hello,

I would like to migrate "Structure by Tempo," which is currently hosted on my datacenter (along with Jira), to the cloud (purchasing both Jira and "Structure by Tempo").

My current "Structure by Tempo" license on the datacenter does not support updates.

How can I migrate it anyway?

Please note - we're currently having an issue with Structure's Data Center listing. You should be able to renew your license since we continue supporting Data Center; it's just not possible at the moment due to this technical issue.

Please reach out to our support portal, and we'll assist you with the migration.
