I need support on transformation of my team Jira tasks into Gantt chart for tracking time and time variances as well as for tracking efforts cost and cost variances.
This is simulating MS Project in the following:
1- Track task baseline efforts and actual logged efforts
2- Track task baseline date and actual moving date
3- Track spring start and end date and identify spill overs
4- Generate sprint report on its tasks and be able to measure efforts and date variances
5- Workout a filter to review/report spilled over user stories/tasks over sprints and report them for the Product Owner.
