How to deploy scripted field in Script Runner

Hello,
I don't really understand how can I deploy my scriptedfields in This tutorial.
I have to edit the file CreateScriptFieldUpgradeTask.groovy and put in the doUpgrade method all of my scripted fields (more than 20...) ?
