How to configure Jira Integration: Panaya Test Management ?

I have installed the Panaya Test Management plug in to my Jira -> Apps -> 

Jira Integration: Panaya Test Management. Currently I see the plug in status as 'Added'.

Request you to please help me how to configure or integrate with my Jira account. So that I can create / link test cases with my implementation story. It would be really helpful if you share any reference document to configure and integrate the Panaya test management tool with Jira.
