Hello Guys,
We are migrating from Footprints and customer wanted below Graph and Total count view like footprints in JSM reports please suggest me how to achieve this or at least the SR and INC total count.
Hello Pavan,
Please check this product which is free for an extended period of time:
Metrics and Reports for Jira Service Management (JSM) | Atlassian Marketplace
If you already "classified insident" and"service request" in Jira as resolution types, you can get them easily with this application along with many other things.
See an example where I have classifications for BUG vs Enhancement request plotting against the total Jira work items:
If you have any question, please feel free to ask.
Thanks.
Hi @Pavan Kumar,
As far as I know, Jira doesn’t provide this type of chart out of the box.
You may be able to create something similar using Atlassian Analytics, which is a premium feature.
Another option would be to search for a plugin on Atlassian Marketplace. If you are willing to try a plugin, our Great Gadgets app offers a Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget that is able to display such chart if you have a field in Jira named First Contact Resolution that stores those false or true values.
To get a chart like this, the gadget should be configured like this:
The gadget can be also configured to display the output as a table or heatmap table.
So you can have them both (chart and table) displayed on the dashboard by configuring two gadgets side-by-side.
If you need help with our gadgets, feel free to contact our team at support@stonikbyte.com.

Hi @Pavan Kumar,
Our app for Jira consists only in dashboards gadgets, so it is not possible to display it as a Jira report.
But is offers also a version Confluence Cloud that makes these gadgets available as macros in Confluence. So you can added them to Confluence pages that serve as custom reports.

Hi Pavan,
In plain words (instead of looking at the graph) what is it that they want to see?

Heyy John,

They want to see the Total Count of Service Requests/Incidents and True false count of that report (As separate Table like in the screenshot).
