Using the Integrate Jira Cloud with Microsoft Team documenation, I was able to get my own chat going with Jira Cloud app on MS Teams. However, given a much broader audience will be using this feature, how do I enable for the masses? Are all users going to have to install the Jira Cloud App themselves?
I think that MS Teams admins can preinstall the app for users. However it is still connected to your Atlassian account so the users will have to authenticate to use the integration.
To clarify, the app will be visible in their chat window without having to go and get it?
You stated they will have to authenticate with Atlassian account. I'm assuming this will pertain to users within Atlassian Access?
Once the user authenticates, will the user need to start selecting their own configuration such as site, project or space, and predefined filters?
I'm asking these questions bc MS Teams has not been used in this manner previously and I need to know exactly the UX will be once we communicate this feature.
