How can i fetch reviewer, author and comment history of a pull request ?

I am trying to build a merge check enhancement where the requirement is to
1. Fetch the comments on a pull request
2. Fetch the user who has added comments and the author of the pull request
3. Validate the user and the comment on the Pull Request
