I haven’t been able to change the Comala Workflow for certain documents for some time now. What’s the reason for this? Is it a setting we need to adjust, or what’s causing this?
Previously, there was an option to "Remove Workflow," but it’s no longer available.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Hello @Franziska Sturm
The first thing I’d check is whether you have the required permissions to manage workflows on the page. You need to have space admin or workflow administrator permissions to add, remove, or modify workflows. Without these permissions, you won’t see the "Remove Workflow" option.
Another possibility is that the workflow is locked at the space level. Comala Workflows allows space administrators to enforce workflows, which would prevent individual users from modifying or removing them on specific pages. If this is the case, I’d recommend reaching out to your space administrator to unlock or adjust the settings.

On the first screenshot it is possible and on the second it is not possible. And I don`t know why?

Hi Franziska,
Based on the screenshots you shared I'd say that you have a space workflow enabled. Keep in mind that when a space workflow is enabled, page workflows cannot be added to any pages on the space. Please see https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDMC/pages/656674827/Applying+workflows#Workflow-applied-on-a-page-by-page-basis for further details.
I hope that helps!
Best regards,
Oliver
