How can I hide/Disable Trash can icon for remote link in Jira issue using scriptrunner?

Hi,
I am trying to hide or disable from the users the ability to delete a remote link created automatically by an integration, it is a link to a Salesforce case. How can I do that using behaviors or listener? Can I access the trashcan icon, is it a property of Remote Issue Link class? please advise? I am also ok with providing an error message once a user clicks on the delete icon, I just need to know how to access this icon.
