It makes no sense that estimates can how up on the plan view in JIRA but cannot see the associate accounts? can someone help and support? It would be easy to see if anything is being charged to the wrong account and corrected. Pl
ease advise.
Hi @Zsofia Kope,
The Tempo account is a field associated with a 3rd party app (so not a native Jira field). Not all field types are supported to be imported into a plan. since it has a specific purpose (advanced planning in a sandbox environment to allow for e.g. scenario based simulations).
If you want to bring the account field into a plan, a workaround could be to set up a native Jira field with a supported field type where you can sync the account information into and then import that field into a plan.
I don't think I would choose that workaround myself, as it would just be duplicating data for the sake of getting it into plan views. It all depends on what you want to achieve by bringing that field in there. Built-in Tempo reports and e.g. Financial Manager give you excellent options for reporting on account level information, while plans is primarily designed for scheduling work items (rather then accounts).
Hope this helps!
