Just under the ticket name on each JSM ticket page, the above icon is displayed.
When clicked, space for checklist appears in the ticket.
I can either select a preset list or create list.
What I achive here is create a new preset list and use in different tickets
However, I was unable to find set up function for this.
According to admin to overlook all the attlassian products, it is not found as an app.
GenAI suggests it is a function, not an app and need upper level authority to create a new preset.
How can I add a new preset check list to be called in JSM ticket UI?

Welcome to the community.
This is a 3rd party app, it's part of the app, Issue Templates
If you can't create new presets, it's probably related to your permissions on the space or the app.

Hello @髙橋碧, as Marc mentioned, the feature comes from the Deviniti Issue Templates app.
At the moment, only the Global Admin can create the checklist presets. However, if you'd like other roles to be able to create them as well, please let me know. Any suggestions or feedback are welcome :)
To create the checklist preset, please go to Marketplace Apps -> Issue Templates -> Configuration -> Checklist Presets
