'Hidden Fields Removal' in ScriptRunner v6.0.0

With version 6.0.0 they removed the Hidden Fields custom fields.

I am wondering now, what that exactly means?
We are using the 'Hideable Text Field (< 255 characters)' to hide the comment text field in some Dialogs.
So does this mean that this will not work anymore after i update to the latest version? Any alternatives to get the same behaviour?
