Group limit function of JEditor-Templates

Hello.
I used the JEditor-Templates function in Jira's project settings to set the description field to be filled in automatically.
And I set the group restriction option for a specific group.
However, the template is shown as applied not only to the set group but also to other groups.
Can you tell me what's wrong?
