Getting number of issue links by link type

Hi all,
I'm trying to get a list of all the issues blocked by more than one issue.
I saw that I could use numberOfLinks and hasLink. These work separately but is there a possibility to use them together?
I'm using Jira Cloud.
I really appreciate any help.
