Getting login error while integrating Jira with browserstack

I am trying two way integration of Jira and Browserstack. 

I followed below steps as per this video -

But I am not able to see it in Jira Story.

I am getting below error - 

I have already logged in to it in same browser.

I searched for solution and found 1 solution to add this site into cookies. I followed it but not worked for me.

Can you please help me here.
