Fields - Linked Jira Fields - Linked to different Project?

My team uses Project site A: this site holds all our Epics and stories within those Epics. 

I am creating a form on Project site B: for our uses to submit requests for our team but I'd like them the ability to select an Epic from Project site A. I'd only like to show our current Epics that are "IN PROGRESS". is there a way to do this?

Hey @Mike Clinton , welcome to the Atlassian Community!

As the issues are in different sites, what you can do is create an application link to allow the link issues from these both sites.

It's required that the user responsible to linking have access to the both sites.
