Extend "Add" dialog with JavaScript API

I'd like to extend the behaviour of "Add" for ONE of my structures to display modular window with always checked and disabled/hidden "Copy from" checkbox. Is it possible using Structure JavaScript API? I checked the examples in documentation but didn't find any answer.

I know I can use raw JavaScript to hide the element but I want to do it as clean as possible to not to risk anything.
