We have recently migrated jira project from DC to cloud and eazyBI was missing, Hence created account in test environment but seems all the reports along with folder are missing in cloud instance. Please let me know what can be done to recover the folders.

Did you use the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA), what did this provide you on information around EazyBI?
Quickly scanning the documentation of the app, this is not done within JCMA, but is a manual action, see Databasemigration on Cloud - Server to Cloud
My issue is resolved now, I have manually imported reports in Analyze tab of eazyBI.
