Hello There,
Is there an option to configure the Epic cards?
Or to show Epic properties on the story/Tasks cards?
There is a custom value that is set to the Epics and I cannot find a way to reflect it in the story map.
Thanks, Nava
My name is Henri and I’m a support engineer here from Easy Agile, the team behind the Easy Agile TeamRhythm app.
It isn't currently possible to see extra fields on Epics on the User story map.
I've passed your request on to our product team! We don't have a timeline for this improvement right now, but I'll let you know if we have an update on the topic.
At this time, it's only possible to show extra fields to story-/standard-level issues. This shows the fields from each story/task in Jira.
To show custom fields from your epics, you'd need that epic property "copied" to a field on its child stories/tasks. This could look like an Automation rule: when the field on the epic is updated, find its child issues and copy the value of the field from the epic to its children.
I'm happy to chat more and see what we could do in your specific situation. You can reach me and my team here!
I'm sorry we don't have a quick solution for showing fields from your epics today!
Kind regards,
Henri, Support Engineer @ Easy Agile
