Displaying Script Fields in Transition Screens

  Hello,

After adding this script  https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/5.0.4/jira/scripted-fields.html#_displaying_script_fields_in_transition_screens  everything works fine and I see my custom field but if I make a jql search and click the action button with the same transition screen my field value show an error. Are there any options to fix this?
