Custom field not prefilled opening Jira defect during execution of an Xray Test Case

Hi All,

I have 2 custom field on my Test Cases:
"ERP Scenario" and "Stream"

When I run this test and click on +Defect, this two fields will not be prefilled as you can see:

I also tried to add some automation rule but unfortnately it didn't work.

Could you please help me?

Hi @Attilio Castellano 

Xray for Jira Data Center has the capability to populate Fix Version and Test Steps untill that step from which you are creating the Defect. I did not see the feature on Jira Cloud.
 
On DC, This is a global configuration provided by Xray to copy the fields under the Miscellaneous section of the Xray App settings.

Xray did not add the ability to populate custom fields yet.

You can reach out to the Xray customer support team to know if its achievable any other way on Jira Cloud. Xray customer support is responsive, responds usually with in a day or two.
