Create a behavior script for a specific custom field

Hello,

please can you help me creating a groovy script for a behavior in order to change the value of a option select field depending to the reporter group ?

Like if the reporter belongs to GROUP1 then the field we have the VALUE1.

This behavior will be mapped to more than 40 projects.

For each project we gave the create permission only for a specific group ( FYI the group have teh same name as one option from the custom field ).
