Create Service management upon users first JIRA login

I have JIRA 9.12.14 for Datacentre installed and am using Service management.

I am wondering if anyone knows whow to automatically create a Service management upon users firsts JIRA login?

Under the Automation section in JIRA there are many triggers but I cannot see anything relating to "upon first login". Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi @Chris Lyons 

What exactly are you trying to achieve? why do you need a Jira issue created on first login?

Automation doesn't have that action, create jira issue on first login. 

For DC, you have scriptrunner. that can do something at login. But that needs code.

Might be worth installing the app , use the 30 days trial and contact the vendor for help.
