Hi,
I have submitted an app for review, but after several emails and requesting to get access to the system, replying to tickets emails (hoping it leaves a comment describing my issue), my app has finally been rejected due to timeout, and I have option to resubmit it. However, my issue is that I will likely not be able to access the ECOHELP ticket again, and will not be able to answer the questions related to the app development...
I tried the developer support - no access. What do I do?
Hello @Djordje Stojanovic
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Did you previously have access to the Ecosystem service desk?
What happens if you access the Ecosystem service desk login page?
https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login
Never had access... Even when I submitted the app the first time, I couldn't get in. Still cannot access it - I just get no access page, as seen below. Any idea how to resolve this?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Have you tried accessing the above site from a private browser window? I wonder if in your current window your identity associated with the browser is being cached and used to try to connect to the ecosystem site.
Are you able to access this site:
https://developer.atlassian.com/support
If so, do you see an avatar or a "Log in" button in the upper right corner?
If you are logged in, can you try clicking the Ecosystem Support Request button farther down the screen on the left.
So far in my internet searches I have run across a few messages (like this one) posted in the Developer Community from other users who have had the same type of problem. If you continue to experience this problem then I suggest you also post in the Developer Community to try to get more assistance.

I can get into that screen, but when I click Ecosystem Support Request button, it takes me to another page where it's asking me to log in. Once I do, I am greeted again with forbidden access...
