I'm trying to find a way to connect the Jira issue field "Time tracking" with my employee's Upwork tracker, is there any way to do so? If now will you be willing to give me some other workaround to solve this problem?
Welcome @Petar Mitevski
The closest that you can have as the integration between the Upwork and Jira could be found here: https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016837094-Jira-Integration-for-Clients
There are no apps from the marketplace, rather the integration works with Jira API. For time tracking, this needs to be looked closely.
I would suggest reaching Upwork support regarding this.
Thanks @Nikola Perisic , We've already connected Jira with Upwork, but we want to connect the Time tracking field with the Upwork tracker, so the time tracking from Upwork activity can be transferred in this field in Jira

It is not defined that Upwork and Jira has this type of integration,so your best choice would be to contact Upwork support and ask them if this integration is really possible something to do.

Hi @Petar Mitevski , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.
You would need to create an integration for this. A lot of people need paid consultancy to help them do this but it depends on the skills you and your colleagues have.
There are also some apps available, like this one - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1231655/onlink-hr-worklog-assets-integration-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud .
It depends on your requirements and budget to achieve this, what your best options are.
If you are interested in looking for an Atlassian Solution Partner to help, please check out the directory of them here - https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/ , where you can filter by geographic area, expertise, etc.
Best wishes
