Can Confluence Questions Page be made publicaly visible?

Hi,

Is it possible to make the Questions page publicaly visible? At the moment, I can't find a way to let anonymous (not logged in) users see it, or have it indexed by the search engines.

I look forward to this being implemented (we're currently choosing between AskBot and Questions for a public-facing Q&A forum, and miss this feature in Questions).
