Buttons for switching views in TeamCalendars are missing

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Team Calendars Quick Tour

I embedded a team calendar on a certain page and included 2 popular calendars. However, after saving and viewing the page, the calendar buttons to switch the views from daily, weekly, monthly, list and timeline are not visible.But if I go to MyCalendar" and open my calendar there, the buttons are visible.

How do I get back the buttons on the page where I inserted a TeamCalendar?

That is expected behavior.  To change the view on an embedded calendar, you will need to edit the team calendar macro on that particular page.
