Add New test status

Hello, 

I got admin rights in xray but i don't find Test statuses to add a new status to my execution. 

I have to be admin to my project or to the atlassian to be able to do it.

As @Hana Kučerová said, you would need to be Jira Admin.

You need to be Jira Admin, Project admin does not suffice.

I am a Jira admin of my project 

that's why i don't understand.

Should i be admin of all Jira?
