Adaptavist - How to setup email notification to team members when it's their turn to execute test

For e.g. - > You have a Scenario “A” with 5 test cases…TC1, TC2 - - - TC5 and they need to executed in sequence. The output of TC1 becomes to TC2 and likewise. So, the plan is once the status of TC1 changes to complete/done etc, the tester of TC2 should get and email saying, he need to start or something like that. And similarly for TC2, TC3 and likewise until TC5.
