Worth flagging for anyone finding this thread now — Tricentis retired Test Management for Jira in October 2025. Existing installs still work under active contracts, but new installs aren't possible, and Tricentis's own guidance points teams toward qTest, which is a standalone tool rather than something that lives inside Jira.
