What are the solutions that Atlassian has for test managemnt in small development?

We are using Jira and confluence at the moment.

There are some known add-ons for test management within Jira.

There is a separate category in Atlassian Marketplace that collects Testing and QA apps.

You can find many alternatives, but you should definitely give them a thorough trial. I had some really bad experience with some apps that are popular within the user community. But, as always, your miles vary.
