We are on Server and we would like to migrate to Jira Cloud.

What are all the PRO's and CON's of Migrating.

We have a few addons and How we migrate the Addon data ? ( Structure for Jira, Exalate Issue sync , Tempo Time sheets , Automation for Jira, MISC Workflow... etc ).
