Hey Atlassian Community 👋
I've spent the last year building AI Comment Action Inbox — and it went live on the Marketplace this week.
ICs, Engineering managers, POs, PMs, and DevOps leads were constantly missing critical @mentions. Not because they weren't paying attention — because the native Jira notification system buries @mentions in a stream of watchers, assignee updates, and comment threads. The more active your instance, the worse it gets.
One person on a 200-person team told me: "I had a ticket blocked for three weeks because I was @mentioned in a comment and never saw it."
AI Comment Action Inbox monitors every @mention across Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management and classifies each one across three dimensions using AI:
The result is a personal inbox where CRITICAL items surface first, you can see why something was classified that way, and you can resolve items with a 10-second undo window.
The app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge. No external servers. All data stored in Forge Storage. Multi-layer PII sanitisation before any AI processing. Privacy by architecture.
Paid plans start from $9/month flat rate for a 10 member team.
I'd love your honest feedback — what would make this more useful for you team? And if you try it, a review on the Marketplace means the world at this stage.

Hi @Bill Sheboy,
Thank you for flagging this and for the clear guidance.
To clarify my relationship with the product: I am the builder of AI Comment Action Inbox for Jira. I am the vendor. I will ensure this is stated explicitly at the outset of any post or reply where the app is mentioned.
I have now read both the Community Rules of Engagement and the Partner Rules of Engagement in full. I was not previously aware of the necroposting rule and will ensure all future contributions are limited to threads posted within the last six months.
Could you advise whether my existing posts should be removed, or whether the team will handle that?
Hi @Evie Z_,
Understood — thank you for actioning that. External links will not appear in future posts.
Regards,
Vijendran
