I’m Omar, founder of OV92 Software. I’ve been building Release Debt Monitor, a small Forge app for Jira Cloud, and I’m looking for 2–5 Jira admins who are willing to try the private beta.
It scans the Jira versions you can access and flags:
- releases that are overdue
- versions with no linked issues
- released versions that still have unresolved work
- unreleased versions with no release date
- archived versions that are still referenced
The app is read-only. It has no external backend or database, and Jira data is not sent to another service.
Testing should take about 15 minutes: install the private app, run a scan, check a few results, and tell me what looks right, wrong, or confusing. I’m especially interested in admins who manage versions across several Jira projects.
Release Debt Monitor isn’t on Marketplace yet; this is a private beta. If you’d like to help, reply here or send me a private message. I’ll share the installation details privately after confirming that you can install apps on a Jira Cloud site.
