I have become aware that there is an issue with the user picker in the configuration screen.
Unfortunately the picker currently appears to be returning all user regardless of the search phrase entered. In larger Cloud instances, you may not be able to find the user as too many results will be returned for the picker to handle or be usable.
A fix will be released as soon as this is resolved.
