Hi,

This usually happens because the **Checklist Template field is not supported by the CSV importer UI**, even though it is mandatory on the issue screen. Many checklist apps (including Xray-related or marketplace checklist fields) store data in a format that cannot be mapped directly during import.

You can try the following workarounds:

* Temporarily remove the field from the Create screen or make it non-mandatory, perform the import, then re-enable it
* Set a default value for the field in the field configuration (if supported)
* Import the issues first, then bulk update or apply the checklist template afterward
* Use the app’s own import/API method if it provides one

If the field does not appear in the mapping dropdown, it generally means Jira’s native CSV importer cannot populate it directly.

Hope this helps 👍
