Hello. We bought the wrong plugin for Confluence. What to do?

We wanted to buy a Single Sign On, SSO SAML / Kerberos Jira from «Kantega»

But something went wrong and we paid in the end for SAML Single Sign On (SSO) Jira, SAML/SSO  from «resolution Reichert Network Solutions GmbH».

Can we change?
